Picture Posts

After stumbling across the Imperial War Museum's online collection of WWII images, I decided to sort through them and bring some of the stories back to life with a short series of blog posts and where I can, to find out what happened to these people after the war.

  1. Wendy, you seem to have a little problem with the hyperlinks. The Landgirl and Blitz Canteen items both take you to the Wartime Housewife page. This applies both to clicking on the preview picture, and to the link underneath the picture. Brilliant work, though. I especially liked the Blitz Canteen, as we are building one very similar to take to the 40s shows for the WVS ladies to use.
